Who we are

Charlie Allen
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Charlie Allen has over 20 years’ experience of working across the media, sports & entertainment industry. His professional career remains varied but rich, with media and sponsorship roles at WPP and CSM in the early days, before joining FOX Networks Group to head up their global commercial partnerships team for
FOX Sports.
A few years ago, after seeing the potential growth of such a vibrant esports industry, he decided to join ESL - the world’s largest and most established esports tournament organiser. It is here that he headed up the global Brand Partnerships team in London to bring major brand partners on board and work with ESL’s international esports and gaming communities across the world.
Road House was founded by Charlie in 2020 after he saw the limitless potential of working across the wider, open ecosystem of esports, gaming and media entertainment - "This massive growth industry is full of incredible, creative, vibrant and hard-working talent that all have a common goal in mind - to take esports mainstream and make it as successful as it can possibly be."

What we do
What we do
Road House is the commercial specialist in global esports and gaming - we work together with brands, rights holders, publishers, teams, influencers and tournament providers to forge partnerships and media solutions that deliver the metagame.
esports is the competitive world of video gaming and that makes it the fastest growing form of sport & entertainment on the planet. For brand partners to enter this brave new world of gaming, first they need to really understand esports - and more importantly, they need to understand the complexity of its audiences, the tech savvy communities that drive it and what value they can realistically achieve from it.
With many years of experience of working across both the traditional world of sports and entertainment, Road House helps brands and media owners to navigate the many different options available to them. Equally, we work with brands and game publishers who wish to raise their profile or to invest in grassroots initiatives for the next generation of players and gamers. This can be done through major esports tournaments, leagues or teams; or working with trusted production partners to produce their own white-label, bespoke esports tournaments and help build their own IP’s. The possibilities in esports and gaming are endless.
Road House aims to help its partners to achieve all of this - where the endgame is matching its clients and partners with the most relevant partnership opportunities available out there. And maybe, just maybe, throw in some celebratory roundhouses along the way...
